Amends the Employee Washroom Act, the Work Under Compressed Air Act, the Underground Sewer Employee Safety Act, and the Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act. Provides that those Acts are inoperative until and unless certain federal occupational safety and health standards cease to be in effect.
