SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Lisa Marie Cashmore of Zion, who passed
4away on June 28, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore was born in Salinas,
6California to Ray Ortiz and Patty Sliva on December 15, 1965;
7and
 
8    WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore enjoyed reading, listening to
9music, working out with her "Burn Sisters," and educating
10little minds; she loved her pets; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore was preceded in death by her
12father, Ray Ortiz; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Cashmore is survived by her husband of
1433 years, Jimmy; her children, Jacqueline and Joseph; her
15parents, Patty (Tom) Sliva; her siblings, Kellie Ortiz, Kenneth
16(Rebecca) Ortiz, and Desiree Ortiz; her dearest friend, Tracee
17Perkowski; and her extended family, friends, nieces, nephews,
18co-workers, and students; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
