| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the |
| 8 | | Department of Innovation and Technology Act. References in this |
| 9 | | Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
