AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3446

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3446 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for services provided under the Family Caregiver Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.".
