Appropriates $1,700,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to the South Suburban Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse for costs associated with infrastructure improvements to their facility.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,700,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to the South Suburban Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse for costs associated with infrastructure improvements to their facility.
