Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board:

Payable from the Traffic and Criminal
Conviction Surcharge Fund:

For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System.................. 1,216,600
For State Contributions to
Social Security................................. 171,500
For Group Insurance.............................. 648,000
For Contractual Services......................... 500,000
For Travel........................................ 55,000
For Commodities................................... 15,000
For Printing...................................... 10,000
For Equipment...................................... 6,000
For Electronic Data Processing.................... 75,000

related to law enforcement training
in accordance with statutory provisions
of the Law Enforcement Intern

Payable from the Law Enforcement Camera
Grant Fund:
For grants to units of
local government in Illinois
related to installing video cameras
in law enforcement vehicles and
training law enforcement officers
in the operation of the cameras in
accordance with statutory provisions
of the Law Enforcement Camera

Section 5. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, is appropriated to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board as follows:

Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
