SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Governors State University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The amount of $23,193,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Section 99.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
