| 3 | on page 1, lines 16 and 17, by replacing "$100,000 $20,000" | ||||||
| 4 | with "$20,000"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 1, line 19, after the period, by inserting "For public | ||||||
| 6 | institutions of higher education only, contracts exceeding | ||||||
| 7 | $100,000 shall be filed with the Comptroller.".
