1 | | (c) Periodically, but not less than every 6 months |
2 | | beginning July 31, 2020, the Attorney General shall post on the |
3 | | Internet website of the Attorney General a list, by type, of |
4 | | the 10 most frequent types of accessibility violations alleged |
5 | | in the complaints and the number of alleged violations for each |
6 | | listed type of violation for the prior 2 quarters, as well as |
7 | | the number of complaints in which the alleged violations were |
8 | | founded. |
9 | | (d) The Attorney General shall, on a quarterly basis, |
10 | | identify and tabulate the number of accessibility violation |
11 | | complaints received by the Office of the Attorney General and |
12 | | the number of those complaints received by the Attorney General |
13 | | in which the alleged violations were founded. The Attorney |
14 | | General shall further ascertain whether a complaint was filed |
15 | | in State or federal court, and tabulate the number of |
16 | | complaints filed in State or federal court, respectively. This |
17 | | data shall be posted on the Attorney General's Internet website |
18 | | periodically, but not less than every 6 months beginning July |
19 | | 31, 2020. |
20 | | (e) Beginning in 2020, and for each year thereafter, the |
21 | | Attorney General shall submit an annual report to the General |
22 | | Assembly on or before January 31 of the tabulated data for the |
23 | | preceding calendar year as provided under subsections (b), (c), |
24 | | and (d).
