SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Make appropriations to the Department of Human Services for Community-Integrated Living Arrangements. Effective July 1, 2019.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $30,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of reducing the number of daily hours of uncompensated services in five to eight bed Community-Integrated Living Arrangements from seven hours to five hours.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
