| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 135 by replacing |
| 3 | | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | | "Section 5. The Illinois Power Agency Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 1-135 as follows:

| 6 | | (20 ILCS 3855/1-135 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-135. Fuel diversity capacity. The Illinois Power |
| 8 | | Agency shall conduct at least one workshop and issue a report |
| 9 | | regarding the importance of fuel diversity in Illinois for |
| 10 | | capacity. The report under this Section shall be submitted to |
| 11 | | the Governor and the General Assembly, as well as posted on the |
| 12 | | Internet website of the Agency, on or before March 1, 2020. |
| 13 | | This Section is repealed on January 1, 2021.

| 14 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 15 | | becoming law.".
