| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 1 on page 2, immediately below line 25, by inserting the |

| 6 | | "(d) As soon as practical after the effective date of this |
| 7 | | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, the State |
| 8 | | Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer |
| 9 | | no more than $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the |
| 10 | | Disaster Response and Recovery Fund to be utilized by local |
| 11 | | governments and political subdivisions in Jo Daviess and |
| 12 | | Stephenson Counties for reimbursement of eligible disaster |
| 13 | | costs as defined by the federal public assistance program to |
| 14 | | provide disaster relief in relation to damage resulting from |
| 15 | | the flooding occurring in Jo Daviess and Stephenson Counties in |
| 16 | | July 2017.".
