2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Bradley |
4 | | D. Parker, who passed away on February 20, 2020; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was born in Chicago to Daryl and |
6 | | Anita Parker on September 12, 1987; he graduated at the top of |
7 | | his class from Whitney M. Young Magnet High School and attended |
8 | | South Suburban College; in January of 2006, he began attending |
9 | | the University of Missouri-Columbia; in the fall of 2007, he |
10 | | began attending Chicago State University, where he received his |
11 | | Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and graduated Cum |
12 | | Laude in 2011; he married Ciearo Paige on July 21, 2018; and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was employed at Commonwealth |
14 | | Edison and the Social Security Administration in Chicago before |
15 | | landing his career job with the Veterans Administration in |
16 | | 2013; he transferred to the Dallas, Texas branch as a Medical |
17 | | Support Assistant in 2014; and

18 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker committed to his faith at an early |
19 | | age, and he recommitted to his faith and joined the Covenant |
20 | | United Church of Christ in 2005; and
|
21 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was preceded in death by his |
