| 7 | | Chicago and attended Loyola University; while in college, she |
| 8 | | worked for the Chicago Tribune; and

| 9 | | WHEREAS, In 1996, Lori Greiner launched her career when she |
| 10 | | designed and patented a plastic earring organizer that was |
| 11 | | picked up by J.C. Penney before the holiday season; after her |
| 12 | | success with J.C. Penney, she started her own company and |
| 13 | | successfully designed and patented other consumer products; |
| 14 | | her products were sold on the Home Shopping Network and at Bed, |
| 15 | | Bath & Beyond; and

| 16 | | WHEREAS, In 2000, Lori Greiner transition to QVC, where she |
| 17 | | began hosting Clever & Unique Creations, one of the |
| 18 | | longest-running shows on the network; in 2012, she joined the |
| 19 | | television show Shark Tank; in 2014, her investment in Scrub |
| 20 | | Daddy, a company that produces a texture changing household |
| 21 | | sponge, was noted as one of the biggest successes in Shark Tank |
| 22 | | history; her other successful Shark Tank investments include |
