2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the passing of Robert |
4 | | I. "Bobbie" Moore on December 20, 2018; and

5 | | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore was born on October 1, 1987; the |
6 | | youngest of three sons born to the union of Walter Sr. and |
7 | | Robin Moore in Chicago; he had an unbreakable bond with his |
8 | | brothers; he graduated from Morgan Park High School and |
9 | | attended Tennessee State University; he enjoyed and loved all |
10 | | sports; football was one of his favorites, as he played Arena |
11 | | Football in Arizona; and

12 | | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore admired his father and wanted to |
13 | | become a power lineman just like him; he attended IBEW trade |
14 | | school and Dawson Skills Center, where he learned the overhead |
15 | | lineman skills; his passion for cooking was expressed in his |
16 | | desire to operate a catering service with his brother, and he |
17 | | attended Kennedy King Culinary Arts School; his second love was |
18 | | his enjoyment of the outdoors; he climbed trees effortlessly; |
19 | | working as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Experts, he stepped |
20 | | out on faith, resigned, and started his own company, Black |
21 | | Walnut Tree Artisans, with his cousin Arthur Powell Jr.; and
