SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, as follows:
General Funds $73,100,300
Other State Funds $ 30,000
Total $73,130,300

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The amount of $69,619,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
Section 10. The amount of $3,481,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 if, but only if, Public Act 101-0008 takes effect.
Section 15. The sum of $30,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College and University Trust Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for scholarship grant awards from the sale of collegiate license plates.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
