SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Repeals "An Act making appropriations", Public Act 101-29. Provides that the repeal does not apply to or affect any funds obligated, encumbered, or expended in accordance with Public Act 101-29 before the effective date of this Act. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. "An Act making appropriations", approved June 28, 2019, Public Act 101-29, is repealed. The repeal does not apply to or affect any funds obligated, encumbered, or expended in accordance with Public Act 101-29 before the effective date of this Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
