SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $858,308 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to consumer operated services and programs recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Effective July 1, 2020.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $858,308, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to consumer operated services and programs recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
