| 6 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

| 8 | | have the ability to utilize natural gas. The rules shall allow |
| 9 | | for conversion grants awarded to residents of Pembroke Township |
| 10 | | to provide assistance for the use of natural gas and shall |
| 11 | | ensure that the applicant complies with all other requirements |
| 12 | | of the rules.".
