SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $266,725,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants and administrative expenses for community-based services for persons with developmental disabilities and for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities and alternative community programs. Effective July 1, 2020.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $266,725,700, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants and administrative expenses for community-based services for persons with developmental disabilities and for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities and alternative community programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
