Creates the Evidence from Illegal Searches Act. Provides that it is unlawful for a law enforcement officer to provide any evidence to any federal agency or federal department if such evidence has been found by an Illinois court to have been obtained as a result of an illegal search. Defines "law enforcement officer".

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
5 | | Evidence from Illegal Searches Act. |
6 | | Section 5. Definition. As used in this Act, "law |
7 | | enforcement officer" has the meaning given to that term in |
8 | | Section 10-10 of the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera |
9 | | Act. |
10 | | Section 10. Evidence obtained from illegal searches. It is |
11 | | unlawful for a law enforcement officer to provide any evidence |
12 | | to any federal agency or federal department if such evidence |
13 | | has been found by an Illinois court to have been obtained as a |
14 | | result of an illegal search.
