| 9 | | the Illinois High School & College Driver Education |
| 10 | | Association, shall adopt course content and learning standards |
| 11 | | for the classroom and laboratory phases of driver education for |
| 12 | | novice teen drivers those persons under the age of 18 years |
| 13 | | based on the Novice Teen Driver Education and Training |
| 14 | | Administrative Standards developed and written by the National |
| 15 | | Highway Transportation Safety Administration. The course |
| 16 | | content and learning standards shall be adapted to meet |
