Creates the Gas Station Attendant Act. Provides that no gas may be pumped at a gas station in this State unless it is pumped by a gas station attendant employed at the gas station. Effective January 1, 2021.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Gas |
| 5 | | Station Attendant Act.
|
| 6 | | Section 5. Pumping gas. No gas may be pumped at a gas |
| 7 | | station in this State unless it is pumped by a gas station |
| 8 | | attendant employed at the gas station.
|
| 9 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January |
| 10 | | 1, 2021.
