| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 22C-101 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 22C-101. Establishment. The The Firefighters' Pension |
| 8 | | Investment Fund is created with authority to manage the |
| 9 | | reserves, funds, assets, securities, properties, and moneys of |
| 10 | | the firefighter pension funds created pursuant to Article 4 of |
| 11 | | this Code, all as provided in this Article.
