SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Amends Public Act 101-7 to provide that certain grants to the Joliet Arsenal Development Authority may be used for prior year costs. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. "AN ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act 101-7, approved June 5, 2019, is amended by changing Section 45 of Article 46 as follows:
(P.A. 101-7, Art. 46, Sec. 45)
Sec. 45. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity:
