SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Amends Public Act 101-7 to provide that certain moneys appropriated to the Secretary of State for grants to the Northside River Library shall be used to make grants to the North Riverside Public Library. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. "An ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act 101-7, approved June 5, 2019, is amended by changing Section 350 of Article 79 as follows:

Sec. 350. The amount of $25,000, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
Office of the Secretary of State for a grant to North Riverside Public Northside
River Library for all costs associated with programs and services provided
to communities.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
