| 7 | | Sec. 13-227. Collection of debt arising from a municipal |
| 8 | | violation. An action to collect a debt arising from a violation |
| 9 | | of a municipal ordinance may not be filed more than 7 years |
| 10 | | after the date of adjudication.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
