SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates funds from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes. Effective July 1, 2019.

  $SUP CT HISTORIC PRESERVATION

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $4,500,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes.

 

    Section 10. On July 1, 2019, or as soon thereafter as may be practical, the State Treasurer shall transfer $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
