AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3021

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3021 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5.  The sum of $30,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency for grants under subsection (g-5) of Section 5 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. The remaining balance of the total appropriated under this Section is hereby re-appropriated each fiscal year until all funds appropriated under this Section have been granted or the Agency determines that no further grants shall be made under this Section.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.".
