| 6 | | this Section may be acquired subject to any third party |
| 7 | | interests in the property that do not prevent the State |
| 8 | | Treasurer from exercising the intended beneficial use of such |
| 9 | | property."; and

| 10 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 15 through 18 with "requirements |
| 11 | | of the Illinois Procurement Code."; and
