2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
4 | | Section 5. The Department of Employment Security Law of the
|
5 | | Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing |
6 | | Section 1005-130 as follows:
|
7 | | (20 ILCS 1005/1005-130) (was 20 ILCS 1005/43a.14)

8 | | Sec. 1005-130. Exchange of information for child support
|
9 | | enforcement. |
10 | | (a) The Department has the power to exchange with the
|
11 | | Department of Healthcare and Family Services
information that |
12 | | may be necessary for the enforcement of child support
orders |
13 | | entered pursuant to the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Illinois |
14 | | Marriage
and
Dissolution of Marriage Act, the Non-Support of |
15 | | Spouse and Children Act, the
Non-Support Punishment Act, the
|
16 | | Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act, the
|
17 | | Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, the Illinois Parentage |
18 | | Act of 1984, or the Illinois Parentage Act of 2015.

19 | | (b) Notwithstanding any provisions in the Civil |
20 | | Administrative
Code of Illinois to the contrary, the
Department |
21 | | of Employment Security shall not be liable
to any person for |
22 | | any disclosure of information to the Department of Healthcare |
