| 12 | | University, Chicago
State University, Eastern Illinois |
| 13 | | University, Governors State University,
Illinois State
|
| 14 | | University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern |
| 15 | | Illinois University, and
Western
Illinois University and shall |
| 16 | | report its findings and recommendations
concerning tuition and |

waivers and tuition and fee waiver programs to the General |
| 2 | | Assembly by filing electronic or paper
copies of
its
report by |
| 3 | | December
31 of
each year as provided in Section 3.1 of the |
| 4 | | General Assembly Organization
Act. |
| 5 | | (b) No later than July 1, 2020, and annually thereafter, |
| 6 | | each public university must submit a report to the Board of |
| 7 | | Higher Education on the amount of tuition that undergraduate, |
| 8 | | degree-seeking students attending the university paid in the |
| 9 | | previous academic year that includes all of the following |
| 10 | | information: |
| 11 | | (1) The percentage of undergraduate students who paid |
| 12 | | more than 75% of full tuition costs. |
| 13 | | (2) The percentage of undergraduate students who paid |
| 14 | | more than 50% but no more than 75% of full tuition costs. |
| 15 | | (3) The percentage of undergraduate students who paid |
| 16 | | more than 25% but no more than 50% of full tuition costs. |
| 17 | | (4) The percentage of undergraduate students who paid |
| 18 | | no more than 25% of full tuition costs. |
| 19 | | (5) The percentage of undergraduate students who had no |
| 20 | | tuition costs. |
| 21 | | The tuition costs calculated under this subsection must reflect |
| 22 | | the amount of tuition paid by a student after all scholarships, |
| 23 | | grants, and other financial assistance have been applied to his |
| 24 | | or her tuition charge and must reflect only the amounts paid by |
| 25 | | undergraduate, degree-seeking students. |
| 26 | | The Board of Higher Education must annually compile and |
