SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,190,400 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for the purpose of meeting its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. Effective July 1, 2019.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,190,400, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for the purpose of meeting its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. Operational expenses may include personal services, State contributions to Social Security, contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, telecommunications services, or the operation of automotive equipment.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
