Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that whoever, being an officer, director,
agent, or employee of, or affiliated in any capacity with any State government participates, shares in, or receives directly or indirectly any
money, profit, property, or benefit through any contract with the unit of State government with the intent to defraud the unit of State government is guilty of a Class 3 felony.

4 | | Section 5. The Criminal Code of 2012 is amended by changing |
