| 3 | | replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:

| 4 | | "If children are returned to the custody of a parent at |
| 5 | | different times, the Department or purchase of service agency |
| 6 | | shall provide a minimum of 6 months of aftercare services to |
| 7 | | each child commencing on the date each individual child is |
| 8 | | returned home."; and

| 9 | | on page 3, by replacing line 19 with "or neglect, or there is a |
| 10 | | prior open service case involving any member".
