|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 14 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (620 ILCS 5/14) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.14)

| 7 | | Sec. 14.
"Air school" means any person engaged in giving, |
| 8 | | or offering to
give, instruction, in aeronautics, either in |
| 9 | | flying or ground subjects, or
both, for or without hire or |
| 10 | | reward, and
and advertising, representing, or
holding himself |
| 11 | | out as giving or offering to give such instruction. It does
not |
| 12 | | include any public school or university of this State, or any

| 13 | | institution of higher learning duly accredited and approved for |
| 14 | | carrying on
collegiate work. |
