| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Innkeepers Lien Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 48 as follows:
|

Hotel, inn and
and boarding house keepers shall |

baggage and other valuables of their |
| 9 | | guests or boarders brought into such
hotel, inn or boarding |

charges due |
| 11 | | from such guests or boarders for their accommodations, board

| 12 | | and lodgings and such extras as are furnished at their request. |
