AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 57

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 57 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5. In addition to any other lawful purpose for which they may be used, the appropriations authorized under Section 125 of Article 146, Section 130 of Article 146, and Section 45 of Article 162 of Public Act 100-0586, and any future reappropriation thereof, may be used for costs incurred prior to July 1, 2018.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
