SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for transportation reimbursement to a parent or guardian of a qualifying pupil under the School Code. Effective July 1, 2019.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $15,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for transportation reimbursement under Section 29-5.2 of the School Code.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
