Synopsis As Introduced Contains a preamble concerning COVID-19, the Governor’s plan to utilize several layers of mitigation to combat a resurgence of COVID-19 and prevent its uncontrollable spread, the meeting of triggering criteria for the lifting of more restrictive public health measures and additional mitigations under that plan that had been imposed for Region 4 (the Metro East region) comprised of Bond, Clinton, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair, and Washington Counties, and other matters. Rescinds Executive Orders 2020-51 and 2020-54. Provides that Executive Order 2020-43 remains in effect for those counties. Contains provisions regarding severability.
