Synopsis As Introduced Provides that each State agency of the executive branch under the jurisdiction of the Governor shall: review all statutory obligations and all audit findings within the last 4 years and provide a plan detailing steps to ensure statutory compliance and address audit findings; review laws and regulations requiring the publication of data and take action to ensure compliance with these laws and regulations; and review its practices regarding the publication of data, including an analysis of past practices involving greater data disclosure, and provide a report detailing plans to increase transparency by making more data accessible to the public. Contains provisions regarding: savings; prior executive orders; severability; and other matters. Effective immediately.
