2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of Joseph Fowler Cinotto of Northlake, who |
4 | | passed away on August 28, 2018, his 96th birthday; and

5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto served in the United States Navy |
6 | | during World War II and flew the F6F "Hellcat" fighter plane; |
7 | | prior to his retirement, he was Vice President and General |
8 | | Manager of the La Salle and Bureau County Railroad; he resided |
9 | | in La Salle and Ottawa prior to moving to Northlake in 2015 to |
10 | | be closer to his son; and

11 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto was a loving father, who raised his |
12 | | children with strong moral values, for which they are grateful; |
13 | | and
|
14 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto was the beloved husband of the late |
15 | | Darlene (Eiten) Cinotto, the loving father to Kaye L. (Thomas) |
16 | | Camenisch, Craig J. (Jo Fryer) Cinotto, and Karen S. (Brian) |
17 | | Castelli, the grandfather of Jeff Camenisch, Todd Camenisch, |
18 | | Andrea Kaduk, Kathleen Stoeckel, Heather Miller, Jennifer |
19 | | Castelli, and Danielle Strader, and the beloved |
20 | | great-grandfather of Kaitlyn Camenisch, Carson Camenisch, Abby |
21 | | Camenisch, Coraline Kaduk, Ethan Kaduk, Liana Miller, Marisa |
22 | | Miller, Timmy Stoeckel, and Kaitlyn Stoeckel; therefore, be it
