SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for probation reimbursements to the Knox County Mary Davis Detention Home. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $394,463, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for probation reimbursements to the Knox County Mary Davis Detention Home for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
