Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The sum of $3,200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund to the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council for use in accordance with the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act.

Section 99.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
