1    AN ACT concerning State government.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural
5Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to
6execute and deliver to the Fox Waterway Agency, a
7special-purpose unit of local government organized and
8existing under the laws of this State, for and in consideration
9of $1 paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following
10described real property:

12A tract conveyed to the State of Illinois, Department of
13Transportation, Division of Water Resources (now Department of
14Natural Resources) by Document No. 3809715, dated April 1, 1996
15in County of Lake, State of Illinois, description as follows:

17PARCEL 1: Lots 3, 11, 12, 13 and the South Half of Lot 14 in
18Barbara Tweed's Pistakee Lake Subdivision, being a subdivision
19of part of the West Half of the East Half of Fractional Section

16made subject to existing public utilities, existing public
17roads, and any and all reservations, easements, encumbrances,
18covenants, and restrictions of record.
 
19    Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain
20a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after this Act's
21effective date and shall record the certified document in the
22Recorder's Office of Lake County, Illinois.

1    Section 20. The conveyance shall be made subject to the
2condition that title to the buildings and the land shall revert
3to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources, if
4the Fox Waterway Agency ceases to use the buildings and the
5land for a public purpose.
 
6    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
7becoming law.
