2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Director of the Department of Natural |
5 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to |
6 | | execute and deliver to the Fox Waterway Agency, a |
7 | | special-purpose unit of local government organized and |
8 | | existing under the laws of this State, for and in consideration |
9 | | of $1 paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following |
10 | | described real property: |

20 | | a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after this Act's |
21 | | effective date and shall record the certified document in the |
22 | | Recorder's Office of Lake County, Illinois. |
