Appropriates $53,817,000 to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency from the Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness Trust Fund for terrorism preparedness and training costs in the current and prior years. Effective July 1, 2017.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:
MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Payable from the Homeland Security
Emergency Preparedness Trust Fund:
For Terrorism Preparedness and
Training costs in the current

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2017.
