SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:

General Funds                    $4,038,100

Other State Funds                $  280,500

Total                            $4,318,600

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018:

PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND

  For Personal Services.......................... 1,077,000

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 82,400

  For Contractual Services......................... 215,000

  For Travel........................................ 77,200

  For Commodities.................................... 4,000

  For Printing....................................... 2,500

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 59,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 21,000

    Total                                        $1,538,100

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $2,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for operating costs and expenses.

 

    Section 10.  The amount of $280,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for all ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board, but not including personal services.

 

Section 99. Effective date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
