2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Article 5. Department of Natural Resources. |
5 | | Section 5-5. The Director of the Department of Natural |
6 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to |
7 | | execute and deliver to the Fox Waterway Agency, a |
8 | | special-purpose unit of local government organized and |
9 | | existing under the laws of this State, for and in consideration |
10 | | of $1 paid to the Department, a quit claim deed to the |
