| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 486 by deleting |
| 3 | | everything from line 23 on page 5 through line 3 on page 6; and

| 4 | | on page 7, by replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following: |
| 5 | | "energy system is constructed. Upon receiving a copy of the |
| 6 | | survey and an agreed acknowledgement to the separate parcel |
| 7 | | identification number by the owner of the land upon which the |
| 8 | | ground installed commercial solar energy system is |
| 9 | | constructed, the chief county assessment officer shall issue a |
| 10 | | separate parcel identification for the real property |
| 11 | | improvements, including the land containing the ground |
| 12 | | installed commercial solar energy system, to be used only for |
| 13 | | the purposes of property assessment for taxation. The property |
| 14 | | records shall".
