HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Billy J. 
4Brown Jr. of Ramsey, Minnesota, formerly of Peoria, who passed 
5away on June 13, 2018; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Billy Brown Jr. was born in Peoria to Billy Brown 
7Sr. and Tracy (Proctor) Cagle on May 18, 1995; he earned his 
8bachelor's degree from Concordia Lutheran University in St. 
9Paul, Minnesota on May 3, 2018; he had planned to attend the 
10University of West England to pursue his master's degree and 
11play for an overseas football team; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Billy Brown Jr. loved sports; he ran track and 
13played basketball and football; he enjoyed spending time with 
14his family; he will be missed; and
  
 
  
15    WHEREAS, Billy Brown Jr. was preceded in death by his 
16grandparents, George D. Hunter and E.V. and Josephine Brown; 
17and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Billy Brown Jr. is survived by his parents, Billy 
19Brown Sr. and Tracy (Edward) Cagle; his brothers, Julius Cagle, 
20Semaj Brown, Timothy (Trinity) Jones Jr., and Jakari Robertson; 
21his sister, Brandi Anderson; his grandmother, Janettee

1Proctor; and his many other family members and friends; 
2therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
4HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
5mourn the passing of Billy J. Brown Jr. and extend our sincere 
6condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
7him; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Billy Brown Jr. as an expression of 
10our deepest sympathy.
